InterConnect North is our dedicated center for advanced electrical wiring harness manufacturing. Spanning 137,000 square feet, this facility is purpose-built to support high-volume, precision aerospace production with industry-leading technologies including laser wire marking systems, automated braiding machines, DIT-MCO electrical test equipment, and other specialized manufacturing processes. As part of our continued investment in the future of aerospace connectivity, InterConnect North is also home to our new state-of-the-art fiber optics laboratory, expanding our capabilities to support the next generation of aerospace and defense programs.
InterConnect Wiring Headquarters
InterConnect Wiring Headquarters is where ideas become finished products. Our team combines advanced sheet metal fabrication with precision electrical assembly to manufacture the critical components that keep aircraft operating safely and reliably. Equipped with CNC routers, a 22-ton punch, 40-ton brake press, 4-axis milling machine, spot welders, riveting and hardware insertion equipment, and a state-of-the-art paint and finishing booth, plus other specialized manufacturing technologies, our facility is built to handle complex aerospace manufacturing from start to finish.
In addition to mechanical fabrication, we assemble cockpit panels, circuit breaker panels, mux assemblies, relay panels, and other mission-critical electrical systems. Bringing these capabilities together under one roof allows us to provide customers with seamless manufacturing solutions backed by the quality and attention to detail InterConnect is known for.
