Growth & New Business Wins
This year, InterConnect strengthened our role across the fighter aircraft landscape. From expanding F-16 production support, to increasing capabilities for the H-1 program, opening new doors for potential future fifth-generation fighter opportunities, 2025 positioned us as the go-to electrical systems partner for OEMs and depots worldwide.

- First official contract with Northrop Grumman Corporation
- NGC Contract (100% OTD/100% Quality)
- First ever sheet metal shop contract
- Largest contract ever won from Lockheed Martin Corporation
Manufacturing Excellence
In 2025, our teams broke multiple company goals including Monthly-Revenue goals, contract award goals, First Article completion goals, and achieving the largest contract from any single customer in the 33 year history of InterConnect Wiring.
We implemented new process efficiencies, updated workstations, and continued our commitment to manufacturing quality products.
Because at InterConnect, excellence isn’t an act – it’s a culture.
Facility Upgrades & Technology Advancements
We invested in the future. This year we enhanced our in-house machining and testing capability, expanded digital documentation tools, and continued developing next-generation training for our workforce.
These improvements ensure we stay ahead of the needs of modern aircraft and our customers.

None of our success happens without our people. Our teams proved once again that InterConnect’s greatest strength is its workforce. Dedicated, skilled, and passionate about supporting the warfighter.
We also continued our tradition of giving back to tour community here in Fort Worth (TX) with our annual Food and Toy Drive.
