A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Lockheed Martin Corporation, a Maryland corporation, and InterConnect Wiring, a Fort Worth, Texas company, was signed to build a security-focused relationship between the two companies in an effort to encourage an optimal level of robustness in the security posture of both companies.
In 2025 LOCKHEED MARTIN launched the Supplier Security Liaison Program (“SSLP”) and selected InterConnect Wiring as a vital supplier for this Program. SSLP is a program that focuses on contributing to a critical supplier’s security posture in an effort to help build a more resilient United States supply base.
During the SSLP period, LOCKHEED MARTIN may provide information on various security topics including physical security, counterintelligence, insider threat, and other potential topics.
Throughout the program, LOCKHEED MARTIN security professionals will review the various security areas mentioned above and share information relating to industry best practices. Any information provided to InterConnect Wiring during the SSLP period shall not be considered prime contractor direction. It is ultimately the responsibility of InterConnect Wiring to ensure it is complying with all contractual requirements and industry best practices.
Since MOU signature, InterConnect Wiring already participated in the SSLP on various security topics. The program is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. LOCKHEED MARTIN does not fund InterConnect’s participation in the program or pay any expenses related to implementation of security recommendations.
