Let’s get to know you – tell us about yourself.
My name is Joshua Bryant. I’m the President of InterConnect Wiring and I’ve been here for 15 years. I’m originally a Texan. I grew up about an hour from here (Fort Worth) in a town called Mineral Wells. I actually got to Fort Worth to come to school. I’ve been married for 20 years and I have 4 daughters (so I’m a girl dad). I spend a lot of time helping my church and volunteering there. My faith is important to me. I also like to do some gardening.
How did you first get started in the aerospace industry?
I actually started at InterConnect. I had a friend (who still works here now) that let me know that InterConnect was looking for someone to come aboard. I started in the Sales Department.
What do you think makes InterConnect unique compared to other companies in the aerospace industry?
Some of the things that I love about this place are its’ can-do attitude and just how it operates. I love that we serve our warfighters every day. Our team is a very unique team. It comes from all walks of life. But what really makes our team unique is the spirit to get things done and accomplish big tasks that we might not think others can do.
As the new president, what are your main priorities for the next year?
In 2026, we’re looking to scale our company. We’re looking to grow our team. We’re looking to grow to manage bigger and larger opportunities. Every day we look to meet new challenges that we have in front of us, and solve those through technology, process-improvement, and teamwork.
What’s your leadership philosophy? How do you approach motivating and supporting your team?
My leadership philosophy really involves including my team along with me. I think having personal connections with them allows us to move forward and to cultivate ideas that make us better.
What are your most excited about for the future of InterConnect Wiring?
I am really excited about the future of InterConnect. We have several opportunities on our doorstep. I think that we will win some of those as we move forward and really be able to help our customers meet their demands.
If you could describe InterConnect Wiring in three words, what would they be?
Three words that describe InterConnect are can-do attitude, integrity, and care.
What message would you like to share with InterConnect’s customers, partners, and employees as you begin this new chapter?
The future of InterConnect looks bright, and I just really look forward to working with you all through the next years.
