WHY DO YOU NEED A “SUPER BRUSH” TO MAKE AN AIRCRAFT SHEET METAL PART?

Hi. My name is Malich. I’m the Training Manager at InterConnect Wiring – where Connections Matter. Today we’ll be looking at our SuperMax “Super Brush” and what it does for UH-60 cockpit panels.

WHY DO YOU NEED A “SUPER BRUSH” TO MAKE AN AIRCRAFT SHEET METAL PART?

What does a SuperMax “Super Brush” do for UH-60 cockpit panels? As you can see how shiny and clean this piece of sheet metal is, it just ran through our super brush. What it’s designed to do is any minor de-burring. It cleans off grime, dust and debris as well, and provides a very nice finished look. This can be useful for other applications and for other materials being coated on this such as paint, primer, and things of the sort.

As you can see it runs through the other side. This machine has a very fine nylon brush on the inside. It’ll come back out on the other side with these nice clean finishes ready for paint, prime, or its next step.

Thank you for watching. My name is Malich, Training Manager at InterConnect Wiring – where Connections Matter. Be sure to visit our website for more vlogs, blogs and updates.
