Modification and Repair of Wiring Harnesses and Cockpit Panels
InterConnect has modified numerous wiring harnesses and panels
for our customers. As part of our process we must analyze the item and trouble-shoot
the problem utilizing our extensive knowledge and test programs. Once the errors
are determined immediate attention is given to the endeavor. As the Official
F-16 Modification and Repair Center for
Lockheed Martin Aero, we rework
or modify items to customer specifications providing a 24-hour turn-around from
purchase order release and receipt of engineer drawings.

Engineering Design
InterConnects engineering staff designs wiring harnesses, molded cable
assemblies, ground support equipment, test boxes, aircraft modification kits,
panel assemblies and wired enclosures. InterConnect uses AutoCAD,
CATIA V4, CATIA V5 or AutoSketch in our engineering design process.

Aircraft Wire Removal and Replacement
InterConnect has over 80,000 square feet of aircraft hanger space at
Meacham Field in Fort Worth, Texas for aircraft modifications. At this facility,
we primarily rewire fixed or rotor wing aircraft. Aircraft aging is rapidly
becoming an important issue for many types of aircraft. InterConnect has the
ability to do an assessment of the wiring issues and then provide a plan as to
which sections need to be rewired. After rewiring an aircraft, InterConnect
can perform a complete ring-out of the aircraft when necessary to ensure
it is wired correctly.
