    We are currently seeking a wiring harness assembler for aircraft. Previous assembly experience in the aerospace industry is preferred along with a High School diploma. Must be able to read and understand English.
Contract Administrator FIRST SHIFT AVAILABLE

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Computer skills should include Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

    Job Description:

    • Estimating
      • Create and verify data using specifications and/or drawings
      • Read and interpret engineering drawings and military specifications
      • Gather, evaluate, and analyze data (using current and historical data) to develop quotes
      • Work with engineering, purchasing, and any other related departments to include all cost components involved
      • Interact with purchasing and production to maintain accuracy of estimating database
    • Contract Administration
      • Manage various contracts and business agreements
      • Monitor on-going contracts to assure conformance with the terms and conditions, on-time payment, and ensure completion of requirements prior to closeout
      • Serve as primary customer interface for all contractual issues
      • Ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately
      • Ensure customer requests are acted upon quickly
      • Coordinate the effort required to deliver an on-time, quality product
      • Act as a liaison between customer and production

Inspector Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years minimum experience in the Aerospace Industry
  • Basic computer skills

Job Description:

  • Inspect
    • Perform in-process and final inspections in support of production activities
    • Perform inspections of packaged items
  • Quality
    • Initiate quality problems reports for failed inspections
    • Input quality problem reports into electronic database
    • Charge inspection labor correctly
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures
    • Provide feedback to supervisor pertaining to inspection and assembly issues

Machine Operator SECOND SHIFT AVAILABLE

    Requirements:

    • High School - Some technical education preferred
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
    • Demonstrated knowledge of computer driven equipment
    • Ability to lift work pieces manually
    • Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical processing errors

    Job Description:

    • Laser Marker
      • Setup and operate machine software to process various wire part numbers
      • Adjust program variables to optimize wire processing
      • Perform daily preventive maintenance and safety checks
      • Interpret instructions from sources such as shop work traveler
      • Control material in accordance with the quality management system

Production Tooling Equipment Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years crib experience preferred
  • Aerospace industry experience preferred
  • Experience working in conformance with a quality system
  • Strong technical background
  • Experience working with tools
  • Effective computer skills
  • Able to work alone with little supervision/self-starter
  • Highly organized

Job Description:

  • General
    • Generate and revise tooling process manuals
    • Coordinate tool crib personnel activities
    • Train all personnel in regards to tool usage


  • Maintain and control tools/equipment
    • Track tool locations
    • Establish calibration requirement for new tools
    • Establish calibration procedures for new tools
    • Establish preventative maintenance procedures for new tools
    • Ensure calibration is current on all tools
    • Perform calibration verification/repair/preventative maintenance on all tools and various support equipment
    • Ensure tool resources are adequate
    • Order tools as needed
    • Serve as liason with production, engineering and suppliers for the repair and maintenance of tools


  • Maintain Mylars and HADs
    • Track location and storage
    • Receive new Mylars into ToolCrib software
    • Have jigs prepared when necessary


  • Maintain control of harness test cables
    • Track location of test cables
Shop Foreman Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Three to five years experience in the Aerospace Industry either in wiring harness assembly and/or assembly supervision
  • Understanding of commercial and government requirements for wiring harness assembly
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Quality conscience with knowledge of ISO standards
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Effective management skills including delegating responsibilities and managing multiple projects
  • Spanish/English bilingual

Job Description:

  • Manage
    • Supervise assemblers and shipping personnel including attendance, labor entry, performance, and adherence to InterConnect policies and procedures
    • Evaluate, prioritize, and assign responsibilities including job assignments, shop clean-up, etc.
    • Coordinate production priorities with inspectors, testers and inventory personnel
    • Provide one-on-one training and instruction to assemblers and shipping personnel as needed
    • Ensure the materials, tools, equipment, and training needed to efficiently complete each assignment are provided to assemblers and shipping personnel
    • Evaluate quality, efficiency, and other production issues; develop and implement strategies and processes to improve or correct issues
    • Maintain open, accurate communication with counterparts from other shifts, and with colleagues from other departments including sales, purchasing, engineering, training, etc.
    • Conduct regular department meetings
    • Conduct annual performance and compensation reviews for assemblers and shipping personnel
    • Resolve employee disputes
    • Hire and terminate assemblers and shipping personnel as needed


  • Quality
    • Support company activities designed to maintain the four elements of the quality policy including the initiation and disposition of quality problem reports
    • Be aware of and observe, at all times, the InterConnect policies and procedures
    • Prepare PMRs and Certificates of Compliance
    • Provide instruction to assemblers and shipping personnel regarding quality issues; implement corrective action
    • Be aware of, and adhere to, the customer's controlled documents and requirements
    • Be aware of customer-requested changes; evaluate their impact on production and make adjustments as needed
Engineer FIRST SHIFT AVAILABLE

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required
    • At least one year experience with MS Word and Excel required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
    • Proficiency at project management required
    • Previous aerospace experience is desirable, especially in the area of electrical and/or avionics systems
    • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems is desirable
    • Professional Engineering license (or the ability to obtain license) is desirable
    • Previous experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, CATIA or Unigraphics is desirable
    • Previous SQL or SQL compliant database experience is desirable
    • Previous Lockheed, Bell or Sikorsky experience is desirable

    Job Description:

    • Manufacturing Support
      • Research and recommend solutions to emergent manufacturing problems
      • Assist with work traveler development
      • Assist with tooling development including design of in-house tooling when required
      • Recommend alternate components and/or manufacturing methods
      • Recommend improvements to manufacturing process
      • Interface with customers and supplier engineering personnel as necessary
    • Engineering Design
      • Perform various design tasks including generation of mechanical drawings, routing lists, wiring diagrams and schematics, calculations, engineering specifications and bill of material
      • Perform design verification and validation
      • Specify qualification and acceptance test requirements
      • Generate and maintain design basis documents
      • Generate Engineering Change Orders (ECO's)
      • Review and/or approve ECO's
      • Provide Support to estimating group for bids involving engineering design
    • Project Management
      • Provide overall project management for design projects
      • Generate project plans compliant with AS9100 design planning requirements
      • Organize, conduct and document design planning meetings

Programmer Qualifications:

  • Two or more years programming in Visual Basic (VB) or Visual FoxPro (VFP) or equivalent
  • Desire to continually improve one's technical knowledge and apply new insights
  • Work out of our location (locally in Fort Worth, Texas)
  • Experience with ODBC and VFP remote views or equivalent to work with MS-SQL 2000 native data
  • Understanding of good internal and external code documentation
  • Good communication skills: including listening, speaking and e-mailing
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)

Job Description:

  • Write new programs in MS VFP
    • Listen to end-users, management and supervisor in order to gather information required to write specifications
    • Write, test and debug the code and publish applications
    • Provide output and clarify functionality
    • Incorporate user input in order to improve the program or report
    • Fully test the program prior to release
    • Release compiled executable into main application


  • Maintain existing programs in MS VFP
    • Listen to end-users, management and supervisor in order to gather information required to write modification specifications
    • Modify, test and debug the source code
    • Roll out the new version of the application


  • Migrate all applications from VFP7 to VFP8 and VFP9

  • Manage outsourced VFP projects
    • Report errors
    • Download updates and test them
    • Release new updates to production
Machine Technician Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background including experience with computer controlled production machinery
  • Must have a working knowledge of electronic circuits and control systems
  • Experience with wire and/or shrink tubing marking and handling equipment is a plus
  • Must be able to read and understand manufacturers technical manuals
  • Aerospace industry experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with hand tools used for electrical assembly such as crimpers, strippers, soldering stations, hot air and infrared heat guns, insertion/extraction tools desired but not required
  • Effective computer skills
  • Able to work alone with little supervision/self starter
  • Highly organized
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Description:

  • Maintain machines
    • Maintain and repair a variety of wire and cable processing equipment including laser wire markers, shrink tubing markers, dereelers, wire cut machines, injection molding and a variety of similar equipment
    • Interface with engineering to resolve issues with machine performance and reliability
    • Provide input on ways to improve machine reliability and throughput


  • Maintain and control tools/equipment
    • Perform calibration verification on all tools and various support equipment
    • Track tool locations
    • Ensure calibration is current on all tools
    • Ensure tool resources are adequate

Planning Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree plus four to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
