After 25 years in business, InterConnect Wiring is proud to announce the appointment of Jeanie Peel as General Manager. Jeanie Peel is a veteran of InterConnect Wiring, having held various roles at the company since 1995. In addition to her current role as the supervisor of production, Ms. Peel will assume overall site leader responsibility of all operational segments. Ms. Peel will oversee new wiring harness and panel production, all global repair activities, supplier relationships, key account customer relationship management, as well as site and business team management. She will continue to be based in Fort Worth, Texas, reporting to the President of InterConnect Wiring, John Ashour.
In announcing the appointment, John Ashour said, “Jeanie has demonstrated a strong focus on the core values of InterConnect Wiring including, 1) We Care, 2) We Respond Rapidly, 3) We Are Forward Thinking, 4) We are Honest, 5) We Have a “Can Do” Attitude, and 6) We Embrace our InterConnect Family. She will provide the leadership needed to grow our support of Defense and Commercial electrical products worldwide. Ms. Peel is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. The Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is a professional who can explain Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools. A Black Belt, like Ms. Peel, demonstrates team leadership, understands team dynamics and assigns team member roles and responsibilities. Ms. Peel has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the define, measure, analyze, improve and control (DMAIC) model in accordance with Six Sigma principles. She also has extensive knowledge of lean enterprise concepts and can identify non-value-added elements and activities. Ms. Peel is a strong and incredibly insightful individual, embodying leadership in high-technology manufacturing of electrical wiring integration systems (EWIS) in the aerospace civil and defense industry.
