President and Founder
John Ashour is President of InterConnect Wiring. He started InterConnect at the age of 29 in a spare bedroom of his home. Since inception, John made it InterConnect’s mission to excel in quick turn-around programs while being committed to exceptional quality.
John was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. Before founding InterConnect, John worked for Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant and General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin) in the F-16 wiring harness design group.
Vice President of Business Development and Co-Founder
Clare McGarrey is Vice President of Business Development. Clare played a major role in starting InterConnect, alongside of her brother, John. Since inception, Clare’s “rapid response” to customer needs helped InterConnect flourish. Currently, she serves on the North Texas Commission (NTC) Board of Directors, the Army Aviation Association of America North Texas Chapter Board of Directors, the Aviation Industry Association (AIA)’s Executive Committee (EXCOM) Board, and the Cook Children’s Medical Center Family Advisory Council.
Clare was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas graduating from Stephen F. Austin University with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Psychology & Counseling.
Vice President of Engineering and Co-Founder
Marc Piloian is Vice President of Engineering and Information Technology. Marc’s “forward thinking” mentality to embrace new technology helped InterConnect gain a competitive advantage. Currently, Marc is a member of the Army Aviation Association of America (QUAD-A), ANS (American Nuclear Society), and AICHE (American Institute of Chemical Engineers).
Marc was born and raised in Longwood, Florida and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Before, co-founding InterConnect Marc worked for PE Services Inc., Bechtel Power Corporation, and Tennessee Valley Authority.
Vice President of Finance and Co-Founder
Chris Bettinger is Vice President of Finance. Chris is one of the driving forces behind creating InterConnect. Since inception, Chris strived in making InterConnect profitable and cost effective. Embracing the company’s fifth core value having a “can do” attitude, Chris has taken on the task of managing the Human Resource and Accounting departments.
Chris was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance. Prior to co-founding InterConnect, Chris worked as a Financial Analyst/Engineering Administrator at Lockheed Martin/General Dynamics in Fort Worth, Texas. There he developed and maintained a performance measurement system relating to both cost and schedule for various government contracts.
