Qualifications:
- High school diploma or trade equivalent
- Minimum 1-year experience as an assembler in a manufacturing environment
- Harness, Panel or Kit assembly experience
- Electrical and or Mechanical assembly experience (preferred)
- Understanding and familiarity with handling electrostatic devices and components
- Experienced in working with various hand tools
- Solder experience (solder certification to IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 desirable)
- IPC or equivalent crimping
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 desirable
- Ability to read color-codes, assembly and harness drawings
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
- Must be detail oriented within a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to take on new tasks and a changing environment
- Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
- Experience working in conformance with a quality system
- Dependable
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as necessary
Job Description
- Work to include, but not limited to: Large sub assembly work, mechanical and electrical
- Small sub assembly work, mechanical and electrical, cable manufacture
- Prepare wires, parts, components and structures to assemble aircraft electrical/avionics wire harness and subassemblies
- Strip, crimp, splice, tin and/or solder wires and install into connectors
- Perform electrical bonding of structures for the purpose of grounding electrical parts
- Assemble electrical/avionics parts and components of basic to moderate complexity, for example, amp connectors, coaxial connectors and triax connectors
- Route wires on harness form board and prepare wires for installation of secondary connectors
- Verify proper routing and secure wire harness
- Perform dress out activities of wire harness and/or electrical/avionics subassembly
- Prepare wires, parts, components and structures to assemble aircraft electrical/avionics wire harness and subassemblies
- Will be required to work with engineering, quality, production control and other associates to a rigorous production schedule

Requirements:
- High School - Some technical education preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer driven equipment
- Ability to lift work pieces manually
- Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical processing errors

- Setup and operate machine software to process various wire part numbers
- Adjust program variables to optimize wire processing
- Perform daily preventive maintenance and safety checks
- Interpret instructions from sources such as shop work traveler
- Control material in accordance with the quality management system

Qualifications:
- Good communication skills: writing, speaking and listening
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with computer-related problems
- Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional or XP Professional
- At least four years experience supporting computers in Local Area Network (LAN)
- Enjoys learning new things about computers
- Thrives on the challenges of maintaining many computers, printers and other network devices in a small to medium size company
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- A person of high integrity, marked by honesty, forthright communication and humility
- Able to admit when he or she is wrong or does not know or understand something

Job Description:
- Packager
- Ensure that all products are packaged according to customer requirements
- Maintain packaging inventory
- Ensure that all products that are not ready to ship are stored in the appropriate areas
- Upon completion of packaging, contact the driver or the shipping organization for pick up
- Inform administrative personnel of products shipped
- Keep the packaging area clean and organized
